We're building the AI-native infrastructure powering the creator economy. Our product automates the entire influencer marketing lifecycle, from creator discovery and campaign execution to measurement; making campaigns scalable, measurable, and predictable at high scale.

As we continue to scale, we're building a specialized Finance & Investments vertical , partnering with some of India's fastest-growing Crypto, Broking, Fintech and BFSI brands. We're looking for ambitious sales professionals who understand this ecosystem and can build long-term enterprise relationships.

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Associates & Managers to drive new business across the Broking, Crypto, Finance, and Fintech ecosystem .

This is a sales role where you'll work closely with marketing leaders, build strategic relationships, understand brand objectives, and help them leverage creator marketing through Discovr AI's AI-powered platform.

The ideal candidate comes from either:

• A Crypto, Broking or Fintech brand (Marketing/Partnerships/Sales)
• An influencer marketing agency managing Crypto/Broking/Finance clients
• A digital/media agency with strong experience selling to Finance brands

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build relationships with Marketing, Brand and Growth leaders across Finance, Crypto and Broking companies.
• Understand client objectives and propose influencer marketing solutions tailored to their business.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals and networking.
• Work closely with Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure smooth campaign handover.
• Negotiate commercials and close high-value partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends across Finance, Investments and Creator Marketing.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 2 to 7 years of Sales, Brand Partnerships or Enterprise Sales experience.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals.
• Experience managing senior marketing stakeholders.

Highly Preferred

• Experience working directly with a Crypto, Broking, Fintech or BFSI brand .
• OR experience selling influencer marketing solutions to Finance clients.
• Existing network within the Finance ecosystem.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
