Purpose of the Role

Lindström Services India is looking for a proactive and technically strong Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the reliability and smooth functioning of our plant equipment and utilities. This role is responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, minimizing downtime, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and supporting uninterrupted production operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain washers, dryers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize operational downtime.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, records, and reports.
  • Monitor equipment alarms and environmental conditions.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS teams, and external service vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
  • Support equipment installation, qualification, commissioning, and validation activities.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and implement RCA/CAPA actions.
  • Coordinate contractor and AMC maintenance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.


Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Preferred

  • Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, Textile Rental, or Laundry industries.
  • Knowledge of GMP, EHS, and audit compliance.
  • Experience in utility equipment maintenance and spare parts management.
  • Exposure to RCA, CAPA, vendor management, and maintenance documentation.
