Windancer created its Long-Term Capital Partnerships program to invest in great Ohio businesses and keep them locally owned and operated. Key responsibilities include finding private companies to acquire or invest through relationship building.
The role is based in Dayton, OH.

Your track record in sales/business development places you in the top 5% of all your peers. You are not afraid to reach out and build new connections.

Qualifications6+ years of sales or business development experience; investment banking experience a plus. Genuine interest and passion for investing.
