We are looking for a seasoned

Business Development leader

for one of India’s leading premium real estate developers.

Key Requirements: 15+ years of experience in

Pan-India Business Development , preferably with leading residential real estate developers. Strong expertise in

land acquisition, project feasibility, market research and investment analysis . Proven experience in

deal sourcing, JVs, JDA/partnerships and strategic alliances . Strong track record of identifying, evaluating and delivering

new business opportunities and revenue growth . Expertise in

stakeholder management, negotiations and commercial evaluation . Strong understanding of the residential real estate market, business development strategies and investment opportunities.

Qualification: B.Tech / Graduate in any discipline MBA in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy or Business Management preferred. Relevant certifications in Real Estate, Urban Development, Finance or Project Management would be an advantage.

Ideal Profile: A strategic and commercially driven professional with strong relationships across the real estate ecosystem and a proven ability to identify and close high-value business opportunities.
