Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Week Off)

Role Purpose:

• Drive commercial leasing and business development activities.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords and corporate clients.
• Generate and convert leasing opportunities while achieving business targets.
• Manage the leasing pipeline, client relationships and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial leasing and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, landlords and corporate clients.
• Identify and source commercial properties and suitable tenant opportunities.
• Generate, manage and convert leasing leads into closures.
• Lead client meetings, property visits and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the leasing pipeline, occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure accurate CRM management, including leads, properties, deals and renewals.
• Drive lease renewals and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations for smooth transaction closure.
• Prepare leasing performance reports and provide market insights to management.
