Our agency is rapidly growing, and we are looking for the right individual to fit right into our agency. The Commercial Line Account Manager position will involve partnering with the Personal department to provide excellent customer service to agency customers and greeting office visitors throughout the day. ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.Answer incoming phone calls.Return all phone messages promptly.Provide exceptional customer service.Process customer policy change requests.Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.Handle incoming claim calls from customers.Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.Be outstanding at relationship building.Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
