Your job on the Cx & Adoption team: make the work look like it thinks. Decks that win the room, launch assets that make a data product feel like a product, and brand moments people screenshot.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take a dense deck and give it a spine: hierarchy, rhythm, and one idea per slide.
• Design the launch, not just the product: adoption assets, guides, and comms that get tools used.
• Ship brand moments: social, events, campaigns, inside the MathCo system, with room to push it.
• Give products their polish: iconography, illustration, and the layout details that usually die in a sprint.
• Keep the libraries alive: templates and components people reach for because they're good.
• Work with AI, design for it: generate, iterate, and art direct with AI tools; make AI products look trustworthy, not generic.
• Show your work early and often: unfinished is fine; invisible isn't.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling: 0–2 years in (internships count), taste beyond your years.
• Typography and grid you can defend: not just apply. Tell us why the kerning is wrong.
• An eye for the almost-right: the 2px misalignment, the off-palette grey, the widow on line three.
• Figma and Adobe CC fluency: organized files, named layers, fast turnarounds.
• Curiosity about data: because everything here has numbers behind it

NICE TO HAVE

• Motion basics (After Effects).
• An illustration style of your own.
• A camera roll full of type and signage you photographed in the wild.
