Job Title - Oncology Nurse Navigator Work Schedule - Day Shift (Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm ) This an onsite position. Reporting to the Director of Oncology Integrated Health, the Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) acts as a clinician, case manager, and educator to optimize clinical quality and patient outcomes. The ONN coordinates care across the entire continuum—from diagnosis through chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, survivorship, and palliative care. Functioning as a key multidisciplinary liaison and community representative, the ONN models advanced nursing practice while driving strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and cost-effectiveness.
