Job Description

Arbisoft is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python/React.js) with 7+ years of experience for our clients. The role requires strong full-stack expertise, ownership of production applications, and the ability to work across backend, frontend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Build and maintain production-grade SaaS and web applications across the backend and frontend.


• Develop backend services and APIs using Python , with experience in Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks .


• Build and optimize frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript .


• Design scalable APIs, data models, and application architecture , with a focus on performance and reliability.


• Work with SQL and relational databases , including data-intensive applications and performance optimization.


• Work with cloud infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and contribute to deployment and production reliability.


• Use Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform .


• Build or integrate AI-powered features and workflows , leveraging modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.


• Take ownership of projects from requirements and design through implementation, deployment, and improvement .


• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and mentor junior engineers .

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience , with a strong track record of shipping production software.


• Strong hands-on experience with Python and React .


• Proficiency in Django/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and relational databases .


• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and scalable application design .


• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and infrastructure-as-code .


• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve production issues .


• Strong system design and technical decision-making skills.


• High ownership, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders .


• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.


• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the software development workflow .

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered products .


• Experience with financial modeling/forecasting, CRM, or other data-intensive applications .


• Experience with GCP/Cloud Run, AWS, or Azure .


• Experience with background jobs, production reliability, or scaling SaaS applications .
