Customer Relations Officer - Intern

Urban Raga Music School is looking for a  young, disciplined, organised and proactive Customer Relations Officer who can handle customer enquiries and coordinate day-to-day activities between students, parents, teachers, vendors and our operations team.

• Handle new enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
• Communicate professionally with students and parents
• Follow up on enquiries, trials and admissions
• Coordinate with teachers regarding classes, schedules and student requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and follow up until assigned work is completed
• Support the planning and execution of  school examinations, events and student recitals
• Prepare and manage schedules, checklists and follow-ups
• Maintain proper records and provide regular updates to the management
• Support general centre operations and administration
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution

• Fresh graduates, freshers and interns are welcome
• Candidates staying  in or around Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi and nearby areas will be preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Disciplined, punctual and responsible
• Strong organising and follow-up skills
• Comfortable speaking with parents, students, teachers and vendors
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp and Google/Microsoft productivity tools
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Basic knowledge or interest in  AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity/automation tools will be an added advantage. Prior experience is not mandatory.

Experience in a school, education institute, music academy, customer service, front office or administration is helpful,  but freshers with the right attitude and execution capability are equally encouraged to apply.
