Fiore Demolition Site Utilities; Overlot Grading; Trucking; and/or Recycling. Familiarity with Colorado public agencies including CDOT , local municipalities, and Front Range utility providers. Deep Understanding of traffic control, erosion control, MOT phasing, and environmental compliance. Experience developing equipment spreads, production-based estimates, and schedule-driven pricing. Knowledge of bid tab analysis and historical production databases. Ability to mentor junior estimators and contribute to estimating process improvements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Primary functions require the physical ability and mobility to work in an office and stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Occasional bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry or push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight not to exceed 30 pounds. Some outdoor activity to support field activities is expected; ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time on various terrain, including slopes and uneven ground. The position requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
