Logix Solutions is looking for a experienced Head of Chapter to oversee the day-to-day operations of the chapter, ensure smooth functioning, manage teams, and achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the chapter’s daily operations and ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure effective team performance.
• Monitor chapter performance and ensure assigned targets and objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage students, trainees, clients, and other stakeholders while addressing their concerns professionally.
• Monitor and manage chapter facilities and resources, including classrooms, equipment, vehicles, and office supplies.
• Prepare and share regular operational and performance reports with the Head Office.
• Identify operational challenges and take appropriate measures to ensure uninterrupted chapter activities.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Candidates with experience in Head of Chapter, Project Management, Institute Management, or TVET Management will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
