Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager / Fit-Out Project Manager to lead and execute residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from project initiation to final handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive site execution experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and execution plans.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Site Management

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges proactively.
• Maintain site safety standards and compliance.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor productivity and performance of execution teams.
• Conduct regular review meetings with project teams.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track procurement schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor vendor performance and quality standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers when required.

Client Coordination

• Conduct client meetings and provide project updates.
• Address client concerns professionally.
• Manage change requests and additional work approvals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets.
• Control material wastage.
• Track project expenses.
• Verify contractor bills.
• Review BOQs and quantity estimations.
• Ensure cost-effective execution.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Monitor finishing quality.
• Conduct snag inspections.
• Ensure all defects are rectified before handover.
• Maintain quality documentation.

Procurement & Material Planning

• Prepare material requirement schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores.
• Track inventory usage.
• Prevent material shortages at site.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Submit Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Update project trackers and execution status.
• Prepare project completion reports.

Handover

• Conduct final inspections.
• Complete snag rectification.
• Coordinate project handover.
• Obtain client sign-off.
• Support post-handover service if required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
• Experience in turnkey residential and commercial interior projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple interior sites simultaneously.
• Experience working with modular furniture installation and finishing works.
