Our client is a growing specialized manufacturing company that serves the need for highly engineered, “job shop” manufactured products for OEM and aftermarket customers. The business is poised for further growth through broadening their engineering and technology capabilities and potential acquisition activity.
We are seeking a technically strong, “roll up your sleeves” finance and accounting leader to build out a lean, high-performance function. You will expand upon a legacy finance, accounting function, focusing on developing in-depth costing and management analytics reporting for operational support. You will serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Chief Executive Officer mandated to take the business to that next level as a valued member of the operational team.
Candidates should have experience in high mix/low volume manufacturing in a highly engineered manufacturing environment. Of relevance and interest are individuals from various manufacturing sectors such as automotive, aerospace, medical device and industrial.
