Job Description Reporting to senior project leadership, the Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects throughout Texas. Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams Support contract administration, change order management, and procurement processes Track project costs and assist with maintaining budget performance Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks to delivery milestones Participate in site visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful project execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred 2+ years of construction experience, ideally within multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial building projects Experience supporting budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Viewpoint, or similar platforms would be preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills with subcontractors, clients, and project teams Ability to travel throughout Texas as required What's on Offer Highly Competitive Base Salary - $80,000-1200,000 Company Bonuses - Annual & Project Based 401k match Healthcare Benefits Opportunity for fast-tracked career progression
