Core Requirement (Very Important):
We are looking for candidates with **strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience**, including:

One Agent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management Active Gate setup, clustering & routing Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture Service & process detection rules, request attributes Alerting, problem detection & RCA using Pure Path / Smartscape Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration ITSM integration (Service Now / Jira)

Mandatory Experience:

End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade At least one Po C or solution design ownership Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes) Application performance monitoring across Java /. NET / PHP Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance
