Title: Lead Software Engineer - Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation (UI Path)Location: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX (5 Days Onsite)Duration: 12 – 18 months

Position OverviewLead Software Engineer to join the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions that drive business transformation across Consumer Lending. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Power Platform, UiPath, Generative AI, and cloud-native development.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy Agentic AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.Develop AI agents using LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise automation tools.Design scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.Implement Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration patterns.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and business systems.Collaborate within Agile teams and provide technical leadership.
Required Qualifications5+ years of Software Engineering experience (UI Path/RPA).2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Foundation Models.2+ years of experience with Python development.2+ years of experience with cloud and container technologies including Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker. xzbcwsv Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
