Loans Documentation Specialist

Our client is seeking a Loans Documentation Specialists to join the Credit Loans Middle Office Team. You must have experience of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA). Your team will support a range of business areas with the origination, syndication and secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loans. As part of your role, you will ensure efficient pre-trade due diligence, execution and settlement across both primary and secondary loans. Role Day rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)

Contract length: 6 months (with possible extension)
Location: Central London – onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30 Key responsibilities Support the team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s risk positions and resolve any trade settlement issuesMonitor trading systems for new trades and confirm trades with external clientsDraft, review and negotiate transfer documents including trade confirmations and transfer certificatesLiaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading Desks, and Agency and Servicing teams to ensure approvals are obtained and pricing/cashflows are agreed, reconciled and settled Essential skills Essential: Understanding of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) standards are an absolute must.Experience with ClearParKnowledge and previous experience in Bank Loans Closing, Servicing or Agency activityExperience navigating Loan Credit Agreements #J-18808-Ljbffr
