The position offers mentorship, structured learning, and a strong culture of growth. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salary /li li comprehensive benefits package /li li continuous learning /li li mentorship /li li global community /li li growth opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Apply predictive modelling, geospatial analysis, generative AI, optimization, and simulation to large datasets /li li Partner with client teams to drive week-one analyses and rapid analytics development /li li Develop data-driven solutions and reusable insights for clients /li li Advise on dataset selection and analytic strategies to maximize impact /li li Collaborate across practices and technical teams to ensure coherent data ecosystems /li li Maintain and present McKinsey’s data capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders /li li Operationalize KPIs and reinforce data risk policies /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Master’s degree in a quantitative field /li li 2+ years in data science, data engineering, or related field /li li Experience with ETL, Airflow, Databricks, and data modelling (3NF, data vault) /li li Proficient in Python and JavaScript; experience with FastAPI and React /li li Hands-on with LLMs, agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, multi-agent workflows /li li Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, model APIs; Azure; Kubernetes; Docker /li li Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences /li li Entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset; comfortable with ambiguity /li /ul ul li inquisitive /li li collaborative /li li ownership /li li Python /li li JavaScript /li li FastAPI /li /ul
