Duration: 6 Months + Extension
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to support day-to-day KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities and ensure the smooth functioning of critical reporting and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in data operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily KTLO activities to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Trigger and manage scheduled data refresh processes.
Monitor data pipelines and batch jobs for successful execution.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies identified during refresh cycles.
Monitor reporting systems and proactively address operational issues.
Send release notifications, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Troubleshoot and resolve failures, incidents, and production support issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Handle ad-hoc requests, reporting needs, and operational support activities.
Maintain operational documentation and support process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in Data Operations, Production Support, Application Support, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of data validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
Experience working with reporting systems, data pipelines, and batch processing environments.
Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and reporting tools.
Knowledge of incident management and release management processes.
