Mandatory: Hands-on sales experience in both Air Freight and Sea/Ocean Freight .

- New client acquisition / Business Development
- Air Freight + Sea Freight sales
- Generate and convert freight forwarding leads
- Regular client meetings and sales visits
- Understand customer requirements and propose freight solutions
- Revenue and contribution margin achievement
- Existing client relationship and retention
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations and Customer Service teams
- Credit approval and outstanding payment follow-up
- Import/Export business development
- Overseas agent/network coordination and lead sharing
