We’re Hiring | Sales & Marketing Associate

Paras Printpack | Greater Noida

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founders and support the growth of our B2B business.

We work in the flexible packaging industry, serving clients across FMCG, Beauty and Pharmaceuticals and other industries.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers
- Research companies, brands and relevant markets to generate leads
- Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams through the sales process
- Assist with quotations, presentations, samples and other sales requirements
- Support marketing activities, customer communication and industry outreach
- Track leads, opportunities and ongoing conversations
- Work closely with the Founders on new business opportunities and initiatives

What we’re looking for:

- Proactive and willing to take end-to-end ownership of assigned work
- Curious, eager to learn and genuinely interested in the packaging/FMCG industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with research, outreach and speaking to clients
- Organised, detail-oriented and strong on follow-through
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

Location: Greater Noida
Preferred: Candidates based in Noida / Greater Noida

This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to learn directly from the Founders and grow with the business.
