Job Title: Graphic Designer Company: Socio Labs Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital design, branding, and performance creatives, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients. Key Responsibilities ● Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, ads, stories, banners, and campaigns ● Create visually engaging designs aligned with content calendars and marketing objectives ● Develop performance-driven creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) ● Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts ● Collaborate with content, performance, and strategy teams ● Make basic video edits, reels, and motion creatives when required ● Revise creatives based on client and internal feedback Required Skills ● Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator ● Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools ● Understanding of social media formats, ad sizes, and digital trends ● Good sense of typography, color, and layout Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field ● 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency ● Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines ● Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Additional Information ● Immediate joiners preferred ● Candidates must carry their own laptop
