Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies for European markets to drive sales, revenue, profitability and market share.

Identify, appoint and manage distributors and dealers across Europe, building strong channel relationships.

Manage Europe P& L, pricing, commercial negotiations, budgeting and profitability.

Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion and new market development.

Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies.

Work closely with R& D and Product Management to develop products aligned with European market requirements.

Support product launches, exhibitions and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.

Ensure strong after-sales service, warranty support and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with European regulations, certifications and homologation requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide strategic insights.

Collaborate with Sales, R& D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Service, Quality and Legal teams to drive business growth.

Ideal Profile

10+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development

Strong European market exposure

Experience in Distributor & Dealer Network Management

Experience in P& L and business development

Exposure to European regulations and homologation is an advantage

Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (50–70%)
