Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute room cleaning operations in strict accordance with company standards and LRA requirements, ensuring all guest rooms are maintained to a defect-free condition
• Prepare and equip all guest rooms with linens and amenities according to established protocols
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with guests at all times
• Communicate guest requests, messages, and concerns to supervisory staff in a timely manner
• Report all maintenance issues, missing items, and damaged property to the supervisor immediately
• Document and process all lost and found items according to established procedures
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, cleaning methodologies, and safety protocols to ensure optimal hygiene standards
• Uphold rigorous personal hygiene standards and professional appearance
• Adhere to all scheduled cleaning cycles and deep-cleaning procedures
• Demonstrate proficiency in the proper operation and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and trolleys
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys are maintained in a clean, organized, and fully-equipped condition at all times
• Maintain all public areas including floor pantries, corridors, and fire exits in a clean and accessible condition
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist supervisory staff with linen and amenity audits
• Execute start-of-shift and end-of-shift duties, including trolley replenishment, equipment cleaning, and area maintenance
• Comply with all key handling, lost and found, safety, and security procedures
• Protect and safeguard all hotel property and assets
• Report all maintenance concerns in guest rooms and public areas to appropriate personnel
• Execute all additional duties and assignments as directed by supervisory staff
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and operational decisions
