Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Prostho) Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses. Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency. Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards. Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
