Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of paid media campaigns and paid marketing creative across multiple digital channels. This role serves as the operational hub between Paid Media, Creative, Marketing, Production, and external agency partners to ensure campaigns move efficiently from strategy through final delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative project manager or creative operations professional who understands both creative workflows and paid media performance . The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple campaigns while maintaining exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail. You'll play a critical role in optimizing creative production processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality creative assets are delivered on time to support business goals.
  • Rate: $50/hr.
  • Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL | Hybrid onsite 3 days a week
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the end-to-end paid creative campaign and production pipeline from creative brief through final asset delivery.
    • Coordinate workflows between Paid Media, Creative, Marketing, Production, and external creative agency partners.
    • Partner with internal production teams to monitor project capacity, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns.
    • Track project status, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve issues to keep work moving efficiently.
    • Establish and facilitate project meetings, status updates, reviews, and handoff processes that improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to develop clear, actionable creative briefs aligned with campaign objectives and performance goals.
    • Ensure creative briefs include complete requirements, specifications, timelines, and success criteria before production begins.
    • Coordinate influencer and creator content intake to ensure assets are properly organized, approved, and prepared for paid amplification.
    • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for external creative agency partners, managing deliverables, timelines, and project scope.
    • Monitor agency performance, identify scope or resource concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Support creative review processes by organizing feedback, approvals, and revisions while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
    • Participate in campaign planning sessions to ensure production timelines support broader marketing initiatives.
    • Continuously improve creative workflows, project tracking, and operational processes to increase speed, transparency, and efficiency.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Project Management, Integrated Production, Marketing Operations, or Paid Media Operations.
    • Experience managing creative production for paid digital advertising campaigns and or paid social media.
    • Strong understanding of paid social and digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance marketing channels.
    • Experience partnering with creative agencies, managing timelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality execution.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of creative development and how creative assets support paid media performance.
    • Experience translating marketing strategies into clear creative briefs and production plans.
    • Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Experience with project management and creative workflow tools such as Airtable, Asana, Frame.io, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms.
