This is a unique opportunity for a French bar–certified lawyer who wants to join a fast-growing SaaS/AI company at a formative stage, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. What You’ll Do Lead the Legal Function Establish and scale the company’s legal department as the company grows across Europe and the US. Act as trusted advisor to the CEO, board, and leadership team. Commercial strong understanding of contract negotiation for enterprise SaaS. Experience with corporate governance, fundraising, and data protection (GDPR). Familiarity with US law and international expansion is a strong bonus. Business-oriented and pragmatic: you balance risk with growth. Excellent communicator, able to translate legal concepts into clear guidance for business stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments.
