Shift: 05:00 AM – 02:30 PM IST

Working Days: Monday–Friday + Saturday (06:00 AM–10:30 AM)

Incentives: Uncapped Daily & Monthly Incentives + Performance Bonus

Veye Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and sales-driven professionals to join our team as an Inside Sales Manager – Australian Process .

This is an Individual Contributor role focused on online subscription sales to clients based in Australia, particularly customers investing in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) .

• Make 250–300 outbound sales calls daily to Australian customers.
• Generate sales through subscription selling over the phone .
• Follow up with leads, schedule callbacks, negotiate, and convert prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
• Share invoices and assist customers through phone and email .
• Maintain accurate Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports .
• Learn and develop strong knowledge of the products and services.
  

• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills .
• Self-motivated, energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong time management and follow-up skills .
• Comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment .
• Willingness to learn and adapt to sales pressure.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  

Candidates with 1–6 years of experience in:

• Hardcore Tele Sales
• International Sales
• Inside Sales
• Cold Calling
• Collections
• Customer Service / Upselling
• US / UK / AU / NZ Processes

Preferred experience:

• 1+ year in Hardcore Sales
• 1+ year in International Sales
