About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Representative to handle leads, counsel prospective clients, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth client coordination throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and connect with leads received from the backend team.
• Counsel prospective clients regarding company services and offerings.
• Understand client requirements and resolve queries effectively.
• Schedule and book appointments.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely arrival at the concerned clinic.
• Conduct regular follow-ups before and after appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client interactions.
• Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.
• Achieve assigned targets related to appointments and client conversions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle client queries professionally.
• Basic understanding of sales and client management.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
