Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience into International Voice Process.
• Customer Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and text.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitored deliveries and handle exceptions proactively.
