Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-level web applications that drive critical business operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience across the full software development lifecycle and is proficient in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and modern front-end technologies.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications and software solutions.
• Build and support full-stack applications including front-end user interfaces, service layers, and back-end databases.
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented, and efficient code following development standards and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications through break-fix and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and certify software through testing, code analysis, and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Mentor junior developers and assist with onboarding and technical training.
• Collaborate in Agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments.
• Participate in Level II production support and on-call responsibilities when required.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and software development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using:
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• C#
• ASP.NET MVC
• JavaScript
• Strong full-stack development experience including:
• Front-end Web UI development
• Middleware/service-layer development
• Database design and development
