concrete and steel fabrication. You will have the unique opportunity to act as a
visionary pragmatist, shaping the curriculum for advanced BIM workflows and
mentoring others as a recognized subject matter expert in Tekla Structures.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
* Design and lead high-impact training sessions across Virtual Instructor-Led
(VILT), in-person, and self-paced eLearning formats.
* Partner with instructional designers to spearhead the creation of
next-generation curriculum using AI, and Articulate 360.
* Serve as a strategic technical advisor, solving complex interoperability
workflows and addressing advanced technical issues for global clients.
* Drive product evolution by identifying software enhancements and
collaborating directly with product teams via Jira.
* Facilitate customized workshops that translate specific customer business
goals into actionable software mastery.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of production-level experience using Tekla PowerFab or Tekla
Structures for concrete or steel fabrication BIM modeling.
* Experience managing fabrication workflows via Trimble Connect and Tekla
PowerFab.
* Ability to coordinate models using 2D/3D DWG, IFC, Point Clouds, Revit, or
NavisWorks.
* Proven experience delivering technical presentations or training to diverse
professional groups.
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to solve sensitive, high-level
technical customer challenges.
Bonus Points For
* 5+ years of industry experience specializing in components, complex
connections, stairs, rails, and miscellaneous steel, pour breaks, rebar,
formwork, or bridges.
* Proficiency with Docebo, Camtasia, Snagit, Cloudshare, or digital
credentialing platforms like Accredible.
* Experience exporting fabrication and erection data such as CNC, layout
points, and cast unit drawings.
Logistics:
- Location: Remote/Hybrid
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10% (occasionally up to 2 weeks per month, though
typically less than once per quarter)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general
description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it
might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a
full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less
than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation,
depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status
protected by local, state, or federal law.
