Junior Recruiter

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities for manufacturing and production roles. • Source potential candidates through online channels, databases, and professional networks. • Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). • Assist with background checks and reference checks as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environ
