Main Daily Duties

• Making Calls: Call prospective leads (outbound) or answer calls from interested buyers (inbound).
• Pitching Offers: Explain product features, discounts, and special promotions clearly.
• Closing Sales: Persuade customers to buy and process their orders.
• Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and calmly accept rejection.
• Updating Records: Enter customer details and call notes into a database or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. [1 , 2 , 3 , 4]

• Communication: Speak clearly, listen well, and explain ideas simply.
• Resilience: Stay calm and positive after hearing "no" from clients.
