CCTV Project Manager - Temporary Associate

<p> Active in all aspects of CCTV/alarm projects with focus on Solink Management. OPS liaison and Safety Support </p><p> This position reports to the Vice President, Asset Protection &amp; Safety Management. This position is remote based. The CCTV Project Manager (Temp) is responsible for the successful execution of Project Accelerate. Project Accelerate is a short term, focused project to fast track Solink to a minimum of 82% completion by the end of 2026. This individual will oversee the entire project including, develop and maintain deadlines, collaborate with key support personnel as needed and ensure a seamless implementation of each implementation. </p><p> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </p><ul><li> Tracking of Project: </li></ul><ul><li> CCTV blueprints review </li></ul><ul><li> Plan and execute all aspects of Project Accelerate </li></ul><ul><li> Development and maintain project timelines </li></ul><ul><li> Gantt Chart Development and Update </li></ul><ul><li> Hold stakeholders (internal and external) accountable for deliverable dates </li></ul><ul><li> Minimum weekly stakeholder call </li></ul><ul><li> Hold stakeholders accountable and provide details on any missed deadlines, responsible parties and track percentage of on time deliverables and on time compliance percentage of each team </li></ul><ul><li> Weekly TB with VP for detailed status reports and analysis review </li></ul><ul><li> Track individual spend for each project against provided budget </li></ul><p> POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: </p><ul><li> Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor </li></ul><ul><li> Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams </li></ul><p> Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: </p><ul><li> Ability to work flexible shifts in a 7/365-day team-oriented environment </li></ul><ul><li> Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively using the English language </li></ul><ul><li> Be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills; possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) </li></ul><ul><li> Foster a work environment that inspires trust, respect, professionalism, and teamwork to achieve goals </li></ul><ul><li> Possess analytical skills sufficient to conduct applicable research to determine relevance of information and interpret its meaning, while arriving at accurate conclusions </li></ul><ul><li> Use financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret budget and actual costs </li></ul><ul><li> Be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding and continuously evolving environment </li></ul><ul><li> Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and self-confidence </li></ul><p> EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: </p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required </li></ul><ul><li> Experience in retail/food service with project management background. </li></ul><p> PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </p><ul><li> Retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, or office environments </li></ul><p> The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
