This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center delivering outpatient multispecialty primary care services to an adult patient population. The facility maintains structured clinical workflows and established protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support coordinated and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The Santa Maria Valley offers clinicians on assignment a range of outdoor, cultural, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. The area features wineries along the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail, parks such as Waller Park and Preisker Park for hiking, biking, and picnicking, and coastal access for birdwatching, golf, and beach activities. Cultural destinations include museums, live theatre at the Pacific Conservatory Theatre, and the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum, complemented by local farms, dining, and a variety of community events throughout the region.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule with shift hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The expected caseload is 22-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of typical outpatient primary care conditions. The clinician will work collaboratively with an experienced on-site team that includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to support daily clinical operations. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment; no call coverage is required.
