Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, ensuring cohesive interiors aligned with client and project goals. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes, as well as selecting FF&E and coordinating with architectural and structural teams. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, guiding junior designers, and collaborating closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to maintain design quality during execution. The Senior Interior Designer will participate in client presentations, manage design revisions, and help maintain project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with experience designing luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial environments.
• Applied knowledge of Architecture and structural coordination to integrate interior concepts with overall building design.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and detailed interior documentation for execution.
• Experience in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials appropriate for high-end projects.
• Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling and rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
• Understanding of site execution processes, materials, finishes, and local building practices; prior experience in luxury or hospitality projects is an advantage.
