CRM Executive – Gemstone & Jewellery Industry

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM. Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities. Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production and Accounts teams for customer requirements. Track customer orders, delivery commitments and follow-ups. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively. Maintain regular follow-up records and CRM reports. Support customer retention and repeat business activities. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in CRM/Customer Relationship Management. Experience in Gemstone / Jewellery industry will be preferred . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar. Good coordination and problem-solving ability. Graduate in any stream. Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur Work Mode: Work from Office
