We’re looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a non-union food manufacturing facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving operations, reducing waste, and delivering results.
What You’ll Do as the Plant Manager:Lead day-to-day plant operations and productionDevelop, coach, and motivate plant teamsDrive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvementProactively reduce waste and improve operational performanceMaintain strong FDA food safety and regulatory complianceLead through seasonal production demands in a 24/7 operation. xzbcwsv
What We’re Looking for in the Plant Manager:At least 5 years of food/beverage production industry experienceAt least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experienceStrong FDA food handling and safety knowledgeProven success improving operations and reducing wasteHands-on, proactive leadership style.
