• The Inside Sales Associate is the frontline revenue driver for patient acquisition funnel.
• This role is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads — generated through aggregators, digital campaigns, and referral channels — into confirmed OPD appointments and surgical procedures.
• The role demands sharp sales instincts, structured follow-up discipline, and rigorous CRM hygiene.
• Drive conversion through consultative selling — explain clinic options, appointment slots, procedure benefits, and address cost or distance objections confidently.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Should have experience in selling health insurance, motor insurance or surgical treatments
