Part-Time Homeschool Tutor / 1:1 Aide & Mother’s Helper for Twins

We are looking for an experienced, patient, dependable, and nurturing individual to support our 6-year-old twins in our home. One child has special needs and requires closer 1:1 support.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist with homeschool learning, Kindergarten/early elementary academics, worksheets, and engaging educational activities.
* Provide individualized 1:1 support using a patient, flexible, and regulation-focused approach.
* Supervise and assist with daily routines, activities, and snacks.
* Help maintain clean, organized children’s rooms and learning spaces.
* Assist with light household tasks, including dishes and children’s laundry.
* Support a positive, structured, and nurturing home learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, classroom assistance, or 1:1 support.
* Experience supporting children with autism or other developmental differences.
* Familiarity with sensory needs, emotional regulation, and PDA-informed approaches is a plus.
* Dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing educational support with Mother’s Helper responsibilities.
1099 Independent Contractor Position
Part-time, long-term opportunity throughout the school year, with school holidays and breaks off.
