Job Responsibilities:Lead projects and ensure the success of minor applications rolloutsDevelop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketingAnalyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding and tests/debugs programsRecommend changes in development, maintenance and system standardsTrain users in conversion and implementation of systemsProvide general support: The position will have support responsibilities specific to basic applications problems. Support will require troubleshooting applications and may investigate related server and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore servicesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements then translate business needs into technical specifications and user storesConduct gap analysis and propose effective solutionsPresent technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersFacilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions as neededRespond to emergencies as needed
Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in software development, requirements gathering, and analysisProficiency in:- C#/.NET (MVC, Entity Framework)- MSSQL and complex xzbcwsv query design- JavaScript and front-end frameworks
Nice to haves:Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)Experience with MS Fabric, Azure, ERPs systems, PowerShell, DevOps, Power BI or other reporting toolsAbility to travel (domestically/internationally) from time to time
