We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive who enjoys speaking with business owners, understands customer needs, and can convert leads into paying clients.

• Call warm and cold leads generated through Meta Ads, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Shopify website package.
• Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with leads until they are converted into customers.
• Maintain lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to build trust and confidently handle customer objections.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience selling digital services, software, websites, or marketing services is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
