Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Manager-Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to own finance and accounting operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a hands-on role covering accounting, reporting, taxation, compliance and controllership.

Location: Bengaluru – Candidates currently based in Bengaluru only

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting
• Handle GST, taxation and statutory compliance
• Coordinate India and US accounting, tax and legal compliance with external consultants
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and US GAAP
• Manage audits, statutory filings and tax-related matters
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee payroll processing and related compliance
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership
• Drive process improvements and finance automation

Required Qualifications:

• CA – Chartered Accountant
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, controllership or compliance
• Currently based in Bengaluru
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation, GST and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting/ERP and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, AI, Fintech, Software, Internet or other modern tech companies
• Exposure to US GAAP / US accounting / US compliance
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and internal controls
• Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors or consulting firms
