Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities:Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, matching purchase orders and receipts.Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.Data Entry: Enter invoices and payment details into the accounting system accurately.Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring up-to-date and accurate files.Expense Reporting: Assist in tracking and processing employee expense reports and reconciling corporate credit cards.Quarter-End Closing: Collaborate with the Accounting team on quarter-end processes and journal entries.

Qualifications:Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.Experience: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with a high volume of transactions accurately and in a timely manner. xzbcwsv Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
