• New patients: 40 - 45 min; return visits: 20 - 30 min
• Outpatient clinic setting -- minimal inpatient consults a plus
• No required procedures -- BOTOX and EMG experience a plus
• EMG candidates must also be able to perform NCV
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
