Position: Head Project (Site) Location: PAN India Experience: 15–25 Years Short Description: Seeking an experienced Site Head – Projects to lead end-to-end execution of Transmission Line and Substation projects, ensuring completion within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves project planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, statutory compliance, ROW management, contractor and manpower deployment, and liaison with government authorities. The incumbent will be responsible for driving project performance, reporting progress to corporate leadership, managing external stakeholders, and leading site teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.
