About the Internship
Team Hash Foundation is offering a one-month internship opportunity for students interested in gaining practical exposure to institutional outreach, college engagement, programme awareness, cybersecurity awareness and partnership development.
Selected interns will undergo an initial orientation to understand the organisation, its programmes, cybersecurity awareness initiatives, communication protocols and approach to working with educational institutions.
Following the orientation, interns will be trained to engage with their respective colleges and support awareness and outreach initiatives under the guidance of Team Hash Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the initial orientation and training conducted by Team Hash Foundation.
- Understand the Foundation's programmes, objectives and institutional outreach process.
- Develop an understanding of relevant cybersecurity awareness programmes and initiatives offered by the Foundation.
- Support outreach and awareness activities within their college or other assigned educational institutions.
- Identify and communicate with appropriate college representatives regarding relevant awareness programmes.
- Assist in initiating and maintaining professional communication with college authorities, faculty members, student coordinators or other relevant stakeholders.
- Share approved programme information, including relevant cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and coordinate preliminary discussions with interested institutions.
- Maintain basic records of outreach activities, discussions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the designated Team Hash Foundation representative regarding the progress of institutional outreach.
- Follow the organisation's communication guidelines and represent the Foundation professionally.
Role Progression Based on Proficiency
The level of responsibility assigned to an intern will depend on their communication skills, understanding of the programme, initiative, professionalism and demonstrated proficiency during the internship.
Depending on their level of proficiency, interns may be given opportunities to coordinate with:
- Trainers for programme-related coordination;
- Coordinators for institutional outreach and programme execution; or
- Managers/designated senior representatives for higher-level coordination, wherever appropriate and authorised.
Interns will not independently make commitments, representations or agreements on behalf of Team Hash Foundation unless specifically authorised.
Who Can Apply
Students currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in any technical stream (Cyber Security will be preferred) who have:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- An interest in institutional outreach, cybersecurity awareness and programme coordination;
- Professional conduct and willingness to learn;
- The ability to communicate with college authorities and stakeholders;
- Basic organisational and follow-up skills.
Prior experience is not mandatory. The internship is designed to provide practical training and exposure.

Important
