Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and finalize structural and civil engineering drawings for solar projects.
• Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for solar installations, including module mounting structures and foundations.
• Prepare detailed layouts, BOQs, and construction drawings using design software.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution of civil works.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Optimize material usage and construction methods for cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• MANDATORY - Proficiency in BOTH engineering software:
• AutoCAD
• STAAD Pro
• Hands-on experience in developing civil and structural drawings.
• In-depth understanding of:
• RCC structures
• Steel structures
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Solar EPC projects, including ground-mounted or rooftop systems.
